Assistant Manager
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store. He/she must demonstrate leadership by maximizing profits, sales and the customer service experience. The ASM will be responsible for contributing a significant amount of the stores sales and will be goaled according to the store’s monthly sales plan. This individual will help to hire, train and manage store associates to achieve the sales and profit goals. The ASM will model the standards for customer service. While the manager is on duty, the assistant will ensure that the store maintains excellent visual presentation and housekeeping standards. He/she will operate the store in accordance with the company’s operational guideline, follow all loss control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve and exceed individual productivity and sales goals
- Assist in achieving and exceeding the store’s productivity and sales goals
- Set an example of exceptional customer service by modeling the desired customer service behavior and coaching the staff to achieve the same results. Practice and teach client development to the staff.
- Assist the store manager to recruit, train, motivate and retain quality sales associates.
- Assist the store manager in evaluation of individual associate’s performance to goals
- Help maintain a high level of visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures including daily paperwork reconciliation and other operational tasks
- Protect store assets and inventory. Bring any potential shrinkage information to the store manager’s attention
- Enforce the company policies and procedures

Requirements
SKILLS, QUALITIES & BEHAVIORS
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in luxury retail management
- Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
- Computer skills to include operation of retail point of sale system, Word, Excel and email
- Strong leadership critical thinking and problem solving skills. Delegate responsibility and work to the staff.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills allowing for communication of the company’s goals and objectives
- A positive, outgoing, high energy personality that is entrepreneurial, who is sales focused and takes full ownership of the store’s business at all levels
- A mentor and leader to staff and peers. Developing individual’s strengths and identifying opportunities.
- A trainer able to teach skills in customer service, selling, and operations
Full-Time Keyholder

This Key Holder position is an entry into management. This role requires key holder responsibilities while driving personal sales goals. A key holder shares a division of responsibility with both management as well as a sales lead while demonstrating excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Selling & Client Service
- Greet and acknowledge all customers
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the store
- Meet or exceed your goals that will be set and given to you by management
- Maintain an accurate, efficient and effective client book
- Assist sales team with selling and clienteling.
Visual Merchandising
- Assist with execution of floor sets.
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis according to the company’s standards
- Maintain proper fixture placement, lighting, and floor plan changes
- Ensure representation of all merchandise on the floor and make adjustments to merchandise placement as sell through dictates
Operations
- Work with management to maximize sales by ensuring an efficient and customer friendly store.

Full-Time Stylist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Selling & Client Service
- Greet and acknowledge all customers. Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service.
- Work with clients to style them in LoveShackFancy – suggest styles that will best suit their needs and size. Service the transaction by pulling needed sizes from the stockroom, cleaning up the fitting room, suggestive selling, and ordering items for the client online when unavailable in the store.
- Remove unwanted merchandise from fitting rooms and ensure all merchandise is placed back onto the floor after completing a transaction.
- Send follow-up communication to clients thanking them for their purchase, reaching out when a new product arrives, etc.
Visual Merchandising
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis. Fold, straighten, fill in and ensure correct placement of merchandise throughout the day.
- Ensure representation of all merchandise, styles & sizes are on the floor.
- Assist with stock duties when needed including shipments, markdowns, and transfers.
Operations
- Follow all procedures in the POS system for ringing up sales. This includes 100% client capture.
- Keep cash wrap area neat, organized, and maintained with all daily supplies.
- Answer the phone and service the client’s needs.
- Help with events both in-store and off-site. To include setup, breakdown, and overall organization.
Part Time Stylist
Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team on transactions. To include pulling, packing and transferring of merchandise where needed. Running sizes and go backs between the sales floor and stockroom.
- Remove unwanted merchandise from fitting rooms and ensure all merchandise is placed back onto the floor.
Visual Merchandising
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis. Fold, straighten, fill-in and ensure correct placement of merchandise throughout the day.
- Ensure representation of all merchandise, styles & sizes, are on the floor.

Merchandising Intership
ROLE OVERVIEW
Our Fall 2024 Visual Merchandising Intern will have the opportunity to work alongside our Visual Merchandising and Creative Services team to make sure our business needs are being met. Organization and attention to detail are key elements to this role.
This internship is an unpaid role and the candidate MUST receive academic credit as a requirement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn and execute fundamental visual merchandising skills including bi-weekly floor sets, new category launches and collaborations
- Manage distribution of Visual Merchandising collateral and inventory to stores
- Assist Visual Merchandising team in merchandising stores and our NYC showroom
- Create and install window displays in our local NYC stores
- Assist with visual design and merchandising of photo shoots
- Source materials, fabrics, and other visual needs
- Support the launch of new store openings

Collaborations Intership
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic intern who can join our collaborations and partnerships team for Fall 2024. This person will be able to support all aspect of the team starting from beginning pitch stages through launch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
STATUS CHART
- Updating the collaborations status chart daily which tracks the progress of all projects.
SAMPLE CHECKING
- Check in all new samples as they come into the office to ensure that everything has been received and is correct.
PITCH PRESENTATIONS
- Assist in creating pitch presentation for new prospective collaborations.
LINESHEETS
- Create line sheets for all new collaboration and partnership launches to be distributed company wide.
OUTREACH
- Assist in the research of new prospects for future collaborations.
MEETINGS
- Attend key weekly meetings to help to understand the development process for collaborations and partnerships.
