Online Return, Exchange and Refund Policies 

The following policies are applicable toonline orders only. These policies will not be accepted in-store — they are foronline orders only.

General Terms & Conditions :

  • Purchases that meet the criteria (written within these terms and conditions) may be returned for a refund (minus a 10% restocking fee + $45 shipping), OR a one-time exchange (waived restocking fee, minus $45 shipping) within 3 days of delivery (timestamped by UPS). All online merchandise marked “sale”, priced at $598 or above, or any items shipped Next-Day Air or 2-Day Air are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shoes and accessories (Backstage by Diverse Style, and earrings) are final sale.
  • All items must be returned in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Items returned with signs of use will be subject to the return being rejected, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense ($28.50 — this fee must be paid before it is return shipped).How do I initiate a return or exchange?
  • To be eligible, you must request, and receive an approved Return Authorization within 3 days of delivery of the order (this includes weekends/holidays). To receive an RA, you must request by EMAIL ONLY :returns@flirtpromandpageant.com. Any return or exchange request submitted after 3 days of delivery will be rejected (day 1 is counted as the day of delivery via UPS tracking timestamp).**It isHIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you text our customer service line after submitting your RA request by email to confirm that it has been received.   • For exchanges : your item(s) can only be exchanged once. Your exchange credit (minus $45.00 shipping charges) expires 90 days from your original purchase date —NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • You (the customer) are responsible for all shipping charges related to your return. We will not provide a return label. The return must be shipped in original packaging, and shipped via UPS ONLY. We only accept shipments from UPS, therefore, any other carriers will be automatically marked RTS (Return To Sender). You are not required to insure the shipment; however, in the rare occasion that UPS loses or damages the package, Flirt will not be held responsible, nor will a credit of any kind be issued. In the event an insurance claim has to be filed with UPS, that will be a claim between you (the customer) and UPS.
  • Your return must be shipped via UPS within 48 hours (calculated from the time stamp of an approved RA emailed to you). You may ship the item “UPS Ground”, no shipping upgrades are required. Once your item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification that your refund has been processed.
