Our Sales Policies (UPDATED 6/15/24)

In-Store Return, Exchange & Policies 

  • Flirt permits one exchange per season per account, excluding sale items, shoes, earrings, layaway purchases, special orders and dresses above $598. Exchanges are permitted within 3 days, with day 1 being the date of purchase. If the 3rd day falls on a day that we are closed (Sunday or holidays), you may exchange through the next business day.
  • Return for refund is not permitted for in-store purchases — no exceptions.
  • Special orders and layaway are final sale.
  • Special orders must be picked-up within 5 days of arrival. Claims after the 5th day will be subject to an in-store solution.
  • Layaway is permitted for dresses $498+. A 50% deposit is required, and the balance is due within 30 days. Balances not paid in full on day 31 are returned to the sales floor, and the deposit is forfeited. Dresses under $498 must utilize ShopPay or AfterPay services for layaway.
  • IN STORE ONLY : a 3% discount is automatically applied to all orders with cash, check (with valid Gov ID), or CashApp ($flirtprompay) payment. Protective garment bags are $4.00 each, and the purchase is optional.
