Our Sales Policies (UPDATED 6/15/24)

Our return & exchange policy has been updated as of June 15th, 2024. Please carefully read all terms and conditions prior to placing your order. No exceptions will be made outside of this posted policy.

IN-STORE:ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS or CREDITS.

Our in-store policy is explicitly posted in-store on the checkout desk in a prominent location and posted online (here). Notice to in-store customers : Due to the high volume of check-out’s during peak season, our cashiers will not read to you or explain the sales policy posted; HOWEVER, we are more than happy to answer any question that you may have.It is your responsibility, as the consumer, to read the sales policy posted.Your submit of payment online, or in-store, is your binding agreement to our sales policy.

ONLINE SALES POLICY:*** ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE ARE FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE ***

All merchandise online marked Final Sale, priced at $598 or above, sale merchandise, or any items shipped Next-Day Air or 2-Day Air are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shoes and accessories (Backstage by Diverse Style, and earrings) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Items returned with signs of use may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.

REFUNDS:*** ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE ARE FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE ***

If upon receiving your online order you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and a refund for a 15% restocking fee, OR have a one time exchange of your item (excludes shoes, accessories and any item shipped Next-Day Air or 2-Day Air). To be eligible, you must request a Return Authorization within 3 days of delivery of the order (this includes weekends/holidays) by EMAIL ONLY at returns@flirtpromandpageant.com. **It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you call our customer service line after submitting your request by email to confirm it has been received. We can be reached during regular business hours at 470.297.7313.

Any return/exchange requests submitted after 3 days of delivery will be rejected— NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and are automatically deducted in addition to the 15% restocking fee.

EXCHANGES:*** ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE ARE FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE ***

Flirt accepts one exchange request per purchase (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY), minus original shipping charges. If upon receiving your online order you realize you need to exchange, we will allow the customer to exchange their purchase for an in-stock, in-store item that is available that is of equal of greater value. Exchanges follow the same timeline restrictions and guidelines as returns (see above).Your gown can only be exchanged once. Your credit (minus shipping charges) expires 90 days from your original purchase date —NO EXCEPTIONS.

NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS:

You (the customer) are responsible for all shipping charges related to your return. We will not provide a return label. The return must be shipped in original packaging, and shipped via UPS ONLY. We only accept shipments from UPS, therefore, any other carriers will be automatically marked RTS (Return To Sender). You are not required to insure the shipment, HOWEVER; in the rare occasion that UPS loses or damages the package, Flirt will not be held responsible in any way, nor will a credit of any kind be issued. THEREFORE; it is highly recommended you insure the package at the value you paid for the item. In the event an insurance claim has to be filed with UPS, that will be a claim between you (the customer) and UPS. Full and complete details will be emailed to you via email upon authorizing your return. If you have any additional questions, please email cs@flirtpromandpageant.com

Your return must be shipped via UPS within 24 hours (calculated by time stamp of email to you, and your response of a working tracking number). You may ship the item ground, no shipping upgrades are required. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that your refund has been processed. Once we receive your package, it can take 5-10 business days to process your refund. To ensure you receive any communication regarding your order, please add :returns@flirtpromandpageant.comto your contact list so that any emails do not go to your spam folder. If you have not heard from us within two business days of your return tracking showing delivered, please call our customer service line at470.297.7313.
