Flirt permits one exchange per season per account, excluding sale items, shoes, earrings, layaway purchases, special orders and dresses above $598. Exchanges are permitted within 3 days, with day 1 being the date of purchase. If the 3rd day falls on a day that we are closed (Sunday or holidays), you may exchange through the next business day.
