We have over 1,000 dresses available to try on in store, ranging in sizes 000–24. While we do our best to keep all styles shown on our website available, dresses may sell quickly during peak season. The majority of our customers find and purchase their dress on their first visit.
SHOPPING OVERVIEW
Prom Shopping
- Prom dresses start at $400, with most priced between $500–$700
- No appointments required
- First come, first served
- Every customer is assigned a one-on-one stylist
To reduce your potential wait time, we offer a virtual registration. We recommend joining 30–45 minutes prior to arrival.
Hours
Registration Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 11:00am-6:30pm
- Saturday: 9:30am-5:00pm
- Sunday: 12:30pm-4:30pm (February only)
Store Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 11:00am-7:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am-6:00pm
- Sunday: 1:00pm-5:00pm (February & September only)
To ensure we are able to get to everyone that has registered, we do close the registration 30 mins ahead of close Mon-Fri and Sunday and an hour ahead of close on Saturdays.
Guests & Age Policy
Guests 16+ may shop and try on dresses independently.
To best serve all of our customers during busy periods, priority is given to shoppers accompanied by a parent or legal guardian age 21+.
Unaccompanied guests may be politely asked to conclude their visit if needed.
For comfort and space, we recommend no more than two guests per shopper.
Fitting Rooms & Stylists
Every customer is paired with a dedicated stylist for a seamless and personalized experience.
- To ensure efficiency and comfort:
- Shopping is stylist-guided only
- Customers must wait in the designated waiting area until a stylist is available
- Only the customer and stylist are permitted in the fitting room area
- Men are not allowed in the fitting room area
- We allow customers to pull a maximum of 5 dresses at a time. You are always welcome to go back and pull more after the first 5 as many times as needed.
Signature & Couture Appointments
Signature & Couture shopping is by appointment only and is not for prom. Dresses in this collection start at $2,000 and exceed $10,000.

In Store Payment Information
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Card purchases are subject to a 3% surcharge.
Cash and personal checks are accepted to avoid the surcharge (matching government-issued ID required).
Returns & Layaway
Dresses may be returned within 3 days of purchase for store credit. Please ask your stylist for full details at checkout.
We offer free 30-day layaway with a 50% non-refundable deposit due at purchase. The remaining balance plus tax is due within 30 days. Late payments incur a $10 per day fee.
